South Indian Sambar podi



Ingredients:

Coriander seeds 1 cup
Whole pepper 1/4 cup
Jeeragam (Jeera) 1/4 cup
Channa dal (kadalla paruppu) 1 Tablespoon
Rice 1 Tablespoon
Vendhayam 1/4 teaspoon(Menthalu)(Fenugreek seeds (English))
Curry leaves a handful
Red dry chili 2 cup
DryCoconut(optional)

Procedure:

1.Fry all the ingredients separately in a frying pan.
2.Cool the content.
3.Grind it into a powder in mixcy or grind it.

Store it in a air tight container.
