Generally the account people send daily sales report data to Sales dept for verifying of the organization and there by granting approval from CEO through sales dept of the account data sent. One central point needs by all the people.Hence comes the word "SharePoint", where one can share data,communicate and collaborate (which is internet and intranet Site) in a seamless manner.
