In the Log file the below error is shown as follows:
Configuration of SharePoint Products failed. Configuration must be performed in order for this product to operate properly. To diagnose the problem, review the extended error information located at C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\Web Server Extensions\14\LOGS\PSCDiagnostics_4_30_2015_12_15_44_12_140064685.log, fix the problem, and run this configuration wizard again.
Solution:
In my desktop, Office 2013 and Office 2010 is installed by default.Now i am trying to install SP2010 server which Office2013 is breaking to upgarde.Hence what i have done is uninstalled Office 2013 and ran the Configuration Wizard which saved my time.
The Configuration Wizard ran successfully and SP 2010 is installed succesfully with all the Manage services.
If you want to install Office 2013,now you can install if needed.Its not very much important for me in this scenerio hence haven't installed Office 2013 in my machine.
